It seems latest Wine staging (4.12.1) fully or partially fix this bug, can we
have more confirmations?

I tried Photoshop CC 2019, all works now (and with graphic acceleration!). The
bug still occurs once when display/hide a layer, but all other functions are
not delayed anymore.
