Sorry, but I think it is not a complete duplicate.
Bug #11727 only covers mouse clicks.

So, these two issues remain:
- Keyboard events only work when Wine is configured to WinNT
- Keyboard events only work with Wine windows

Is it okay to reopen this bug?
