I very very much apologize I checked the properties of the icon and it leads to the following file, sorry.
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/command wine start.exe &> log.txt

That's not the right thing to execute; you've only obtained the start.exe usage help message. I'm afraid bugzilla isn't the right place to help you figure out how to correctly use Wine, and you should use end-user support resources like the Wine forum to obtain help.
