[Bug 40287] When I try to install steam with Wine, it works. Then I try to run steam, and steam just breaks. I can click things on it, but they are just blank buttons.

If you want to set a particular version of Windows globally then just go to
"Default Settings", select your desired Windows version, hit "Apply" then "OK"
and then every application that you run will be running in that Windows mode.
