[Bug 34730] Wine can no longer execute unix programs

As far as I can tell, the only thing you cannot do is run a command with no
extension without adding '.' to PATHEXT first. This is the way it works on
Windows too. Are there still other cases where running a Unix command fails,
but running a binary of the same name would work on Windows?
