Thanks and Sorry:
I do not know how to use "winetricks dotnet20".
I messed around with some googled "advices" on my x86-64 Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS,
such as:
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winetricks dotnet20

However when i try to use:

wine $PATHTO/ErgoPlanet.exe
it still fails or results in the same garbabe. Seems it does not use Net 2.0.
