[Bug 49425] "make test" runs tests in z:\ rather than the tests directory

It seems that if a path to a specific .exe file is passed to wine, it loses the
working directory.

wine(a)wiley:~/wine/wine64$ ./wine winepath -u .
/home/wine/.wine/dosdevices/z:/home/wine/wine/wine64
wine(a)wiley:~/wine/wine64$ ./wine programs/winepath/winepath.exe -u .
/home/wine/.wine/dosdevices/z:/
