Download app FCC: http://www.firstclass.com/Resources/WinDownload The FirstClassClient spash screen still freezes when it starts. Normaly the login screen should pop up. You then have to right-click on the tray panel FCC icon (splash then disapear) and choose Connect. If you only click on the spash screen it disapears.
