Missing definitions

In <mfidl.h> there is missing MF_TRANSCODE_CONTAINERTYPE and correspoinding
MFTranscodeContainerType_* values.
This yields to some problems when using SinkWriter with MinGW compiler.
Missing definitions are in attachment.
