[Bug 45023] TestBot Object Relational Mapper issues

I have patches for some of these issues. However there are enough of them that
I don't think it makes sense to really try to fix the TestBot's ORM. Rather the
most promising approach is to replace it with an existing perl ORM such as
Rose::DB or DBIx::Class.
