You seem to be missing winegstreamer filters, which implies that you are
missing not only GStreamer plugins but also the core libraries. How did you
install Wine? If it was using distribution packages, can you please install
32-bit gstreamer libraries and plugins, run 'wine wineboot -u', and try again?
