Recently Firefox mingw builds were moved to clang-based toolchain. clang has
support for .pdb files:

If we update our Gecko package, we could use that. The problem is that a number
of interfaces we use in MSHTML (see nsifacei.idl file) were removed from
upstream Gecko meantime, so updating is going to be hard.
