I find this statement from the Wine Users Guide confusing.
Off-topic for this bug, but I'll answer anyway. I believe the section is perfectly clear. Reread this statement: "There are four DLL's you should never try to use the native versions of: kernel32.dll, gdi32.dll, user32.dll, and ntdll.dll."
