[Bug 15411] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 takes a very long time to finish loading

As of 28-Jan this problem has improved dramatically. There is still a short lag
which is probably about the same as running under Windows. I'll test it again
tomorrow. If not a fluke, I'll close the bug out.
