attached screenshot of font/interface artifacts (present on wine staging 2.16
through current version 2.21)

the freeze occurs on wine-staging 2.17-2.21

replicate: training->practice vs ai
start a match, go to enemy spawn and wait for them to come out of the doors. it
should freeze almost soon as the enemy comes out of the doors.
