[Bug 12382] Touhou games don't show backgrounds at startup

Seems so. But on the same system, it works all right with wine 0.9.49. I just
uninstalled wine 0.9.59, installed 0.9.49, and then i got the backgrounds back.
So i guess there must be something different between wine 0.9.49 and later
versions.
Any suggestions for me to solve this?
