[Bug 42592] The Witcher 3 has poor performance

Bug above seems to be solved in latest master.
Did a fresh build on 
7be8bea shlwapi: Don't attempt to un-expand ComputerName in
PathUnExpandEnvStrings.

FPS vary between 4-7fps so more than 100% improvement compared to earlier
master-versions that ran 1-4fps. Trending in the right direction! :-)
