[Bug 35889] wine1.6 display fuzzy chinese ttf fonts, but dialog fonts display normal

My os is debian7 stable, build wine from source.

I have tried many ttf fonts, such as WenQuanYi, msyh, Hiragino Sans GB etc.
this problem is still there. 

this problem is happend in wine 1.6/1.7, and above 1.5.21.

Other wine versions(0.x ~ 1.5.18) does not exist this problem, fonts shows
cleary.

It's seems wine using new fonts rendering method.
