I found a workaround for the BAD box: disabling the graphics cache (2nd tab
[グラフィック], top toggle on the left, right below the MB drop-down). (On the GOOD
box it doesn't make a difference either way.)

No idea if this is a WINE bug, a bug in the graphics stack, or even a bug /
compatibility issue that would show up on Windows as well on this machine.
