[Bug 21004] RCT3 crashes on launch when virtual desktop isn't used (fullscreen).

I went quite a bit back to Wine 1.3.24, and this bug doesn't happen. I actually
reused the prefix, but it's all fine. In fact, I think it works better than it
used to in versions older than that. Eventually, I'll probably get to try more
versions, and find what breaks when.
