Hello folks,

adding another app from bug 49026, 'Topaz Video Enhance AI'.

It repeatedly calls GetAdapterId() (see Qt5 source), resulting in endless
'fixme:netprofm:connection_GetAdapterId' spam in console while churning cpu.
It's from a separate network worker thread hence the main UI is still
responsive (pumps messages).
