[Bug 42339] Horrible speed of Quantum of solace demo starting animations

I made some quite interesting observations.

Started from stratch this time I set virtual desktop as 800x600 and run the
game. Horrible speed wine 2.1 

Then with wine-staging CSMT enabled same prefix. Smooth animation. Then with
csmt disabled. And the horrible animation speed is back.

wine-staging 2.0. 

Didnt try full screen this time.
