Running nmake.exe in a new wineprefix aborts with

wine: Call from 0x7b836883 to unimplemented function msvcr100.dll._vcwprintf,
aborting

mscodescan.pl finds the following unimplemented imports which we might also
need:

  msvcr100:_putwch
  msvcr100:_vcwprintf
  msvcr100:_waccess_s
  msvcr100:_wcserror_s
  msvcr100:_wdupenv_s
  msvcr100:_wgetenv_s
