I created MR7105 (https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/7105)
that should fix this.

Pre-2.5 Macs (~2014 and earlier) can use tables generated by ntdll, and 2.5+
can continue using actual SMBIOS tables.
