Wrong issue, my mistake.  It is issue 6254 and involves an infinite loop on the
EM_FONTRANGE stub.  I've done some work on the proposed patch in that issue to
make it install on 0.9.54 and 0.9.55.  The patch is not ready for submission
for integration.
