As a separate matter, I no longer think the deficient backtraces have anything
to do with El Capitan.  I think they have to do with Homebrew and how it
installs Wine.

I'm working on a fix for that, but in the meantime you can use the following to
work around the problem:

export WINELOADER=/usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/bin/wine.bin

If you use the same shell to later run a different Wine, be sure to "unset
WINELOADER" first.
