Looks like a heap corruption. What video card, drivers? Did you consult appdb?
I'm using version 180.44 of the nvidia drivers. I searched and, from what I could tell, all of the bug reports similar to this were closed and reported fixed.
I'm also having this bug, on two different systems. The first is gentoo 64 bit with 4g of ram and nvidia driver 185.18.10 on an 8400 GS wine version wine-1.1.22.
