Is this still an issue in current (1.1.26 or newer) wine?
I'm also experiencing this same bug and I'm using wine version 1.1.42. It works fine if I follow the hint in an earlier post and start the game with debugging enabled: WINEDEBUG=+ddraw wine Orion95.exe But starting the game normally causes it to freeze when trying to navigate away from the first menu screen.
