[Bug 55843] Virtual Desktop spams "Failed to read display config."

To reproduce you just have to set virtual desktop via winecfg. I set a
resolution of 1920x1080.
Then call winecfg again.
Then the spam should appear.
If it doesnt you probably have to close winecfg, wait a few seconds for
everything to close and call winecfg again.
