[Bug 35815] Allow remapping of joystick buttons

Is there an easy way to see exactly where Wine's DInput is getting its joystick
input from (on the host side)?  I'm not familiar with the structure of the new
code, and I didn't see anything obvious in dinput TRACE logs.
