[Bug 36849] eTax 2014 installation under Wine on Linux Mint 17 Qiana

Additional info: 
I tried downloading GnuCash and installing Gnucash with Wine 1.7.22 and had it
running with no problems at all.

the Windows box I installed etax on is also a 64bit intel. there seems to be no
option to install a 64 bit version of the app

The etax2014 application even looks a bit dodgy running on Windows 8.  Also
please amend previous references to rundll.exe to rundll32.exe.
