Did you use the latest wine version for all your computers? Moreover, you need to use a fresh .wien folder to report a bug. Surely in your computer that succeed to install your software, there were native dll in your .wine folder. That might help to install the software

I used wine 1.0 on my old computer which didnt work. Then on my new HP Compaq 6910p I used wine 1.1 which also didn't work. I havent diffed the different wine folders on the different computers.
