Confirmed.
Still can reproduce it with the current Wine, wine-7.0-358-g85cb1ff91ed.

$ sha1sum fm70chb1_92_setup.exe
84307d044b9d4659d982285f64023500a7811d90  fm70chb1_92_setup.exe

The latest version of Foxmail doesn't have this issue, this only can be
reproduced with Foxmail 7 build 092.
