Well, I think I should send the behavior on my PC now

1. install it
$ sha256sum 115UDown_3.2.8.15.exe 
68de686022815a86f4eb0dc70d9c860c5e52a26c2eeb1ff019690ea7bea0a05c 
115UDown_3.2.8.15.exe

2. 
$ cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/115/UDown

3.
$ wine UDown.exe

4. A black screen is shown
