[Bug 25060] .net 3.5 installer does not complete

'winetricks dotnet35' was broken briefly in svn, fixed by r674.
But it's still acting funny; on some machines, it runs things like
  ngen install System.AddIn, ...
I have to kill about ten of those before it will complete.
