Tried to update to Wine 10.3, but non success.

NTi Data Explorer starts, but crashes and quits out after the splash screen

NTi Sound Insulation Reporter starts, loads the home page, but crashes after
attempting to open or importing data files.

I have the vendor licenses for both applications.
