[Bug 47193] Sony Vegas PRO 16 reports successful installation but there are no files installed

Oh, I forgot to mention. When working with Fedora 37 and Wine-staging 7.22,
this bug DOES NOT occur on Vegas Pro 19. However, this new version requires
dotnet48 instead of dotnet40. Maybe Wine's handling of those dotnet versions is
different?
