There's a great thread about this here: https://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-devel/2012-March/094788.html It sounds like there was no solution found that wouldn't potentially break other applications. wine-staging has some patches in this area that take a different approach. They don't appear to have been submitted upstream. https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/ntdll-Use...
