I need to re install what?
I just used it and logging into www.google.com.au and then gmail
and it worked so I tried my www.hotmail.com but again said a problem
with 
"The program IEXPLORE.EXE has encountered serious problem and needs to close"
when it was downloading the pictures that go with this hotmail loging site?
