confirming, still present.

Needs '--no-sandbox' to work around bug 21232

$ sha1sum mini_installer.exe 
92361aa45417deb7267ff47b40a451c0e18338a1  mini_installer.exe

$ du -sh mini_installer.exe 
20M    mini_installer.exe

$ wine --version
wine-1.7.28
