The fault in both cases is unimplemented function
ntoskrnl.exe.ExInitializeResourceLite.
So, yes, when that bug is fixed, your bug should be too.
Remember to link the bug to the affected app on the AppDB (the app that causes
the bug, not every app that is affected by it).  Thanks.
