I Did some Testing and actualy switched to a other Wine version (tgk-4.2x86_64)
on lutris and it worked. Is told me something that the launcher will be set
back to a older version and then it updated and the offline-bug was gone. But
after Restarting the whole Launcher the bug was back. 

I tried it with Snap-Lol and exactly the same happened. The launcher told me im
offline but after 3 restarts it told me that the launcher will roll back and
then i was able to log in and it was upgrading.
