Severe graphical errors when running WOW patch 2.0.1 (released 12/5 or around
that time) regardless of running OpenGL or DirectX mode.  Disabling pixel
shaders fixes problem.

nVidia 6600GT, 8776 drivers, Gentoo Linux.
