[Bug 21447] Monopolie 0.9.7 does not run

I have comctl32.ocx installed.  I'm using OS X.  I'm using the winebottler
version, which so far is 1.1.35.  When I run Monopolie from the command line,
it gives me another prompt almost immediately.  It appears that the executable
exits successfully within a fraction of a second.  Anything else you want me to
look into?
