[Bug 39617] Starting TeamViewer 11 takes few minutes instead of few seconds

Just an update.

Installed TV11 now won't start at all, at least not in first 20 minutes
On the other side portable version now starts in few seconds.

Version differences:
Teamviewer 11.0.56083 P
Wine 1.9.7
Mint 17.3
