[Bug 11959] Legacy 5 - copy/paste do nothing

The download seems to work from that comment, but the url field link is dead.

I am trying to replicate the issue. I am at the notes section. I lost track
from where I should copy/paste things into notes. And how did you do that? 

I just did ctrl+v and empty my buffer what I got there and it works like this
with no issues, but am I doing it wrong?
