[Bug 30057] mouse capture broken in xserver 1.11 (ubuntu 12.04)

Raw valuators are not supposed to include acceleration, so they don't do what
we want. Plus if you look at the trace it's not just relative vs. absolute, in
many cases the values don't make any sense.
