It seems that whatever paper size I choose in the Printer Dialog, it prints on a letter-size paper. On hunch, I changed the default paper size to legal in cups via localhost:631 and printed and it worked. Somehow it does not matter what paper I choose in Wine Printer Dialog, it does not change the default Cups paper size.
