[Bug 27028] Touchpad mouse cursor flickers when moved, jumps back towards original position when released

The easiest way to trigger this bug is by using mspaint. When you try to draw
anything using the touchpad the wine cursor will use a faster acceleration than
the X cursor. On each second the cursor is resynced with the X cursor causing
the "jump back" effect.
