[Bug 32856] Add a VM running the tests from a non c: drive

When i used qemu with windows vm some years ago,
i had a small d: drive and moved %TEMP% to d:\temp
for easy cleanup.

That d: drive was used for all windows vm.

Beware, that winetest had additional failures when running
in the root directory of a drive.
